Tommy Stewart serves as Chief Operating Officer at RockStep, setting the standard for executing the company’s mission and leading daily operations with excellence. Stewart’s more than 30 years of shopping center experience enable him to successfully ensure RockStep maintains its more than 6,000,000 square feet of property while simultaneously focusing on future growth.

Stewart’s primary focus is coordinating property management activities, from leasing new and existing properties to developing and reviewing budgets to coordinating tenant relations. Additionally, his role often includes inspections, troubleshooting, risk management, property tax, expense control and marketing.

In support of his local community, Stewart is active with Tunnel2Towers and Woodson Center. Before joining Weiner Development in 2006, Stewart managed a portfolio of office buildings with Boxer Properties and spent time working with The Reedy Co. He received a BA from the University of Texas at Austin.
