The RockStep Marketing Corporate Marketing Team provides extensive creative input and oversight of our properties marketing programs, and our focus includes shopper traffic generation, community engagement, and Tenant and Sales Support. We think outside the box to drive maximum results from each property’s marketing budget regardless of its size and its tenants rather than the typical cookie cutter, one-size-fits-all approach.
Areas of involvement for our marketing team include consumer market research, advertising agency management, merchant relations, website development and maintenance, multi-media consumer campaigns, database initiatives, environmental graphics, social media, and seasonal programs.
The Mall operation specifically provides the following services that allows our Malls to be a cut above the rest:
Mall Events – Event and opportunities that make use of Mall common areas, and other available space available for public and private use.
Seasonal Displays – The mall provides festive content and promotes local activities to give the Mall’s interior a fresh look throughout the year.
Wall Graphics – RockStep covers vacant storefronts with a mix of large-scale interactive photographs that reflect the vibrant community, showcasing local attractions and attributes.
