In 2023, Brandy Olaniyan assumed the role of Director of Specialty Leasing at RockStep Capital. Her responsibilities include the oversight and management of leasing activities within the specialty leasing category for RockStep's portfolio of mall properties. Brandy has joined the executive team with the strategic goal of advancing the specialty leasing program and developing initiatives that align with RockStep's overarching vision.

Brandy brings eight years of retail real estate experience to RockStep, all of which have been dedicated to the specialty leasing category. Her background spans inline, common area, pop-up, and events leasing with Chicago-based Brookfield Properties Retail, formerly known as General Growth Properties (GGP). During her tenure, she effectively managed assets with a budget exceeding nine million dollars, successfully executing numerous leases. Brandy holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee, and is a licensed Realtor in the state of Texas.
