Our process always begins with underwriting research and due diligence. When considering an acquisition, we seek out “irreplaceable drivers” of economic and demographic growth. We have our sights set on desirable communities with at least one of the following: large universities, Fortune 1000 businesses, highly ranked hospital networks, tourism, military facilities and states with low or no income tax.
