Karen Brohn serves as Controller of RockStep Capital. In this role, Ms. Brohn has overall responsibility for financial reporting activities for RockStep Capital and its affiliates, and assists with strategic planning and budgeting.  

Ms. Brohn has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining RockStep Capital, Ms. Brohn handled accounting and finance activities within several global real estate companies. In her roles, she oversaw the accounting for equity-owned and third-party managed real estate and was involved in multiple real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and redevelopment projects.

Ms. Brohn is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Houston – Clear Lake. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of CPAs.
