Kaci Summey joined RockStep in 2022 as the Director of Leasing, where she is responsible for new tenant and renewal leasing of RockStep’s properties, and she serves the team in building relationships with tenants, communities, investors and service professionals.
Before joining RockStep, Kaci worked as the Vice President of Leasing for The Rainier Companies, where she was responsible for leasing 5 million square feet of grocery-anchored shopping centers and power centers. She also spent four years at Brookfield Properties Retail Group, where her responsibilities included leasing two super-regional shopping centers totaling more than 2 million square feet. Kaci also previously worked as a Real Estate and Leasing Manager at N3 Real Estate, where she was responsible for the leasing of owned assets as well as site selection for retail clients.
