ANDY WEINER
PRESIDENT
Andy Weiner, president of RockStep Capital, started RockStep Capital Corporation in 1996. Weiner has built and developed over 6 million square feet of shopping centers throughout the United States.
Prior to founding RockStep Capital, Weiner served as Vice President of Operations for Weiner Stores, a chain of 159 family clothing stores with locations in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas.
A Stanford University graduate with a degree in Economics and Political Science, Weiner spent his junior year at the London School of Economics. He received his MBA from the University of Texas and completed Harvard University’s business program for retailing executives.
Weiner enjoys studying foreign languages and is fluent in Spanish and French. He is a highly sought-after speaker at family office and real estate conferences.
TOMMY STEWART
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Tommy Stewart, RockStep’s Chief Operating Officer, coordinates RockStep’s property management activities including inspections, financial reporting, troubleshooting, maintenance, and tenant relations.
In addition, he is responsible for leasing new and existing properties, developing and reviewing budgets, and pricing shopping center services, expense control, and marketing.
Prior to joining Weiner Development in 2006, Stewart managed over 250,000 square feet of office buildings with Boxer Properties.
Stewart received a BA from the University of Texas at Austin.
ROBIN VARNER
DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING
Robin Varner joins RockStep Capital with over 25 years of experience in many facets of real estate accounting.
Prior to joining RockStep in 2009, Varner managed accounting operations for 9 real estate partnerships and over 13 office buildings including Houston-based Betz and Company and BGK Texas Properties.
BETH ISAACSON-HOEFT
DIRECTOR OF ACQUISITIONS
Beth Isaacson-Hoeft is heavily involved in identifying acquisition projects with strong upside potential. She is a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and brings to RockStep over 22 years of experience in management, leasing, and supervision of over 3 million square feet of retail shopping centers.
She performs due diligence, and analyzes operations, budgets, P&L’s, costs, and leasing projections.
Isaacson-Hoeft earned the Purple and Gold Award at the University of Northern Iowa, signifying the highest GPA of her graduating business class.
RACINE LEAHY
DIRECTOR OF LEASING
Racine Leahy’s responsibilities include new tenant and renewal leasing of RockStep’s properties. She is also part of the executive team in building relationships with tenants, communities, investors and service professionals.
Racine brings 22 years of retail real estate experience in accounting, management and leasing, including 17 years with St. Louis based THF Realty, Inc., in which she executed leases with over 50 national tenants.
She enjoys the art of negotiation and has a strong attention to detail. Racine received a BAA from Fontbonne University and minor in accounting from University of Missouri -St. Louis.
JODY VEST
MIDWEST REGIONAL MANAGER
Jody Vest is RockStep’s Midwest Regional Manager, supervising the day-to- day operations and financial management of over 3 million square feet of retail shopping centers.
With more than twenty years of experience in retail property management, she brings extensive knowledge of facility management, financial reporting, lease administration, construction oversight, leasing, marketing, and tenant relations.
Jody graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of
Minnesota.
KYLE SELLERS
ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
Kyle Sellers joined RockStep Capital in 2014 to assist with accounting and property management. He comes to RockStep Capital with over 7 years of accounting and property management experience.
Sellers is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication.
ZACH KAYLE
ACQUISITION MANAGER
Zach Kayle joined RockStep Capital in 2017. He is responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential acquisition projects as well as the dispositions of the company assets. Zach is an attorney and has been licensed to practice in Texas since 2015.
Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University as well as a Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law.

Tori Hendricks joined RockStep Capital in 2017. Hendricks is responsible for investor relations, branding, and marketing at RockStep. Hendricks studied Corporate Communication at the University of Houston.
Dan McKinney
DIRECTOR OF LEASING
Dan McKinney joined RockStep Capital in 2018 as a Director of Leasing and brings with him more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience. For 13 years Dan was the Vice President of Leasing for J. Herzog & Sons, Inc. and was responsible for overseeing the leasing for 4 million square feet of retail properties throughout the Midwest portion of The United States and gener-ated more than $90,000,000 in leasing value. Dan received a BS in Business Administration from Metro State College at Denver.
GARY CAVEY
DIRECTOR
Gary Cavey director at RockStep Capital. Gary coordinates and manages all construction activities to include cost estimating, selection/management of the design team for new and existing development projects, due diligence/environmental investigation, code compliance, plus the day to day management of ongoing construction projects. Gary has over thirty-five years of construction and fabrication experience in commercial, industrial, gas & oil, and marine construction industries.
